The present invention relates to a method for protecting a plurality of content in a mobile terminal. When storing the multiple contents in the mobile terminal, the contents are separately stored into a header part in which entries of the file and folder structure of the contents, and a body part in which binary values of the contents are stored. The multiple binary values are partially encrypted. The present invention is to encrypt files for storing contents in various types of mobile terminal.
