A system for controlling temperature of a fluid, to uniformly regulate the temperature of the fluid, comprises: at least one temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fluid; a thermoelectric element having a heat absorption unit installed in a hydraulic system which can move or store the fluid and absorbing surrounding heat and a heat discharge unit receiving the heat from the heat absorption unit to discharge the heat to surroundings, and making at least one from the heat absorption unit and the heat discharge unit come into contact with the hydraulic system to exchange heat with the fluid; and a control unit receiving temperature information from the temperature sensor to control the operation of the thermoelectric element.
