Provided in the present invention is an aluminum melting furnace using waste heat connected to a main door disposed on one side of a combustion chamber; a flue door disposed on an other side of the combustion chamber; an exhaust duct to discharge exhaust gas in the combustion chamber; and an inlet side of the exhaust duct comprising a charging space which charges raw materials in the combustion chamber through the flue door. The raw materials placed in the charging space are preheated or melted when exhaust gas generated by a flame ejected from a combustion burner is discharged through the exhaust duct. According to the present invention, through design of a melting furnace with a proper size/capacity, a molten metal required in a successive holding furnace is able to be supplied by melting raw materials inputted in the charging space using waste heat of exhaust gas, thereby raw materials is able to be inputted by opening only a flue door which has a much narrower opening range than a main door without opening the main door, thus reducing energy consumption by minimizing heat loss when charging raw material. |
