The present invention relates to a method for constructing a permanent bank using a geotextile tube method for preventing coastal erosion and a bank structure to replace a bank constructed in a coast or riverside or to be temporarily constructed before the construction of a proper bank. The bank comprises: a geotube structure made of one or two or more geotube blocks stacked one after another; a geogrid that surrounds the circumference of the geotube structure to protect the structure; and a geocell that is integrated with the geogrid to be fixated and has a compartment space in predetermined volume and shape by a partition wall to accommodate filling stones.
