A semiconductor system includes: a first semiconductor device including an offset signal generation part which generates an input offset signal by comparing at least one sensing code with a temperature code; and a second semiconductor device including a temperature code generation part which generates the temperature code by receiving the input offset signal, and then comparing a temperature signal with a reference voltage whose level is adjusted according to the input offset signal. The semiconductor device and the semiconductor system including the same according to the present invention can perform temperature correction according to an internal temperature difference between semiconductor devices. |
