The present invention relates to an apparatus of producing snack laver and a method of producing the snack laver. An apparatus (1) of producing snack laver according to the present invention includes: an input unit (3) inputting laminated laver (30) in which two single sheets (10, 20) of laver are laminated; a sauce application unit (5) applying sauce (55) to the top surface of top laver (10) and a bottom surface of bottom laver (20), separately in the laminated laver (30) inputted in the input unit (3); a seasoning unit (7) putting a powder material (60) on the top laver (10) of the sauce-applied laminated laver (30) of the sauce application unit (5), piling the bottom laver (20) on the top laver (10) such that the sauce of the bottom laver (20) pulled out from the laminated laver is placed on the powder material (60), thereby forming a snack laver semi-finished product (40); and a pressing unit (9) vertically pressing and adhering the snack laver semi-finished product re-laminated in the seasoning unit (7). Accordingly, the present invention not only is capable of greatly reducing manual work, thereby improving production efficiency and quality, but also is capable of reducing burdens due to complete automation, thereby lowering product unit costs by semi-automating a series of processes of inputting the powder material between two sheets of laver and pressing and drying the two sheets of laver. |
