PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board inspection device and inspection method capable of surely detecting a signal for accurate inspection in a state where a probe for detecting an electric signal directly contacts with a conductor pattern.SOLUTION: An electric inspection device of a printed board applies an electric signal to a conductor pattern formed on the printed board, and inspects the quality of the conductor pattern. The electric inspection device includes: a first probe contacting with one end of the conductor pattern; a second probe arranged at the other end of the conductor pattern through an insulator; a constant current source; a first connection device for connecting the first probe to the constant current source; a second connection device for changing the electrical connection state of the second probe with respect to the reference potential of the constant current source; and a measurement circuit for measuring the potential of the first probe with respect to the reference potential of the constant current source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
