PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to appropriately control a touch screen even with a light touch.SOLUTION: A control part 1 measures a time from when information prompting a touch operation is displayed on a touch screen 7 to when a touch operation is performed on a touch panel 7b, and controls settings related to the touch screen 7 on the basis of the measured time (time lag).
