PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device for IT environment-independent inspection, an inspection method and inspection program in the information processing device, in which the risk of erroneous shipment can be reduced without requiring much cost for construction of a shipment management system.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a portable terminal device 4 performs inspection processing by using inspection information contained in a first QR code a and transmission destination information contained in a second QR code b which are described in printed picking list data 2. Thus, quick and accurate inspection processing can be performed.
