PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a common problem with traditional brushes, which is the uneven application of makeup or other substances that may result in smears, streaks or an unnatural or undesirable look or appearance, particularly, but not limited, to the instance of the application of cosmetics.SOLUTION: The present invention recognizes that there exists a long felt need for brush heads and brushes having material application and buffing properties. A first aspect of the present invention is a brush head. A second aspect of the present invention is a brush including a brush head of the present invention. A third aspect of the present invention is a method of making a brush head of the present invention. A fourth aspect of the present invention is a method of making a brush of the present invention. A fifth aspect of the present invention is a method of using a brush head of the present invention.
