PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method which can efficiently process plural gears having good tooth surfaces.SOLUTION: After a first clamp process in which plural work-pieces 1 are overlapped each other, said plural work-pieces 1 and a cutter 10 are synchronously rotated and the cutter 10 is relatively moved in a direction along the axis of the work-piece thereby starting cutting of the work-piece, and thereafter, the cutter 10 is separated from the work-piece 1. Next, an unfinished work-piece 1u in which an imperfect tooth space 1Su is formed is overlapped on new plural work-pieces 1 in the state that the unfinished work-piece is located on an upstream side of a cutting direction, the work-piece 1 and the cuter 10 are relatively moved thereby starting cutting of the work-piece, and thereafter, the cutter 10 is separated from the work-piece 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
