To provide a display device or the like that enables stable curing of a resin. The display device includes a first circuit and a second circuit over the same substrate. The first circuit has a function of performing display; the second circuit has a function of driving the first circuit; the second circuit includes a transistor and a capacitor; the transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer over a first insulating layer; the capacitor includes a first conductive layer, a second insulating layer, and a second conductive layer; the first conductive layer is positioned over the first insulating layer; one of a source and a drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the second conductive layer; and the first conductive layer and the oxide semiconductor layer include the same metal element.

1. A display device comprising:
first and second circuits over a substrate, wherein the first circuit is included in a display portion, wherein the second circuit is included in a driver circuit portion, wherein the second circuit includes a transistor and a capacitor, wherein the transistor comprises:
an oxide semiconductor layer over a first insulating layer; andsource and drain electrodes electrically connected to the oxide semiconductor layer, wherein the capacitor comprises:
a first conductive layer over the first insulating layer; anda second conductive layer over the first conductive layer with a second insulating layer therebetween, wherein one of the source and drain electrodes is electrically connected to the second conductive layer, and wherein the first conductive layer and the oxide semiconductor layer include the same metal element.
