An image sensing-enabled display apparatus according to the present invention, which comprises a display area for displaying images and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, comprises: a display part, located in the display area, for generating projected light for displaying images; a protective layer arranged on any one side from among the upper and lower sides of the display part, and through which the projected light generated in the display part is unidirectionally penetrated, and on which the light reflected from the projected light which has penetrated to the outside is incident; and a sensing unit for sensing the reflected light which has penetrated the protective layer, and generating an image on the basis of the energy level of the sensed reflected light, wherein the projected light penetrates the sensing unit and the protective layer sequentially. |
