The present invention provides an anti-icing apparatus for a throttle valve, comprising: an outer chamber part; and an inner chamber part. The outer chamber part allows exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) to be introduced and has a predetermined space formed inside. The inner chamber part allows a new gas to be introduced, has a plurality of inflow holes formed on the outer circumferential surface, and is placed on a predetermined space. A congelation, which is generated when the EGR gas flows through a filtering opening in the predetermined space formed between the inner circumferential surface of the outer chamber and the outer circumferential surface of the inner chamber, is filtered. |
