Provided are a multi-soundproof panel and a smart soundproof wall using the multi-soundproof panel. The provided smart soundproof wall includes H-shaped posts installed on the top of a concrete foundation at constant intervals and having a bent unit bent at a predetermined angle on the top; the soundproof panels stacked up between the posts; a lower finishing member installed between the concrete foundation and the soundproof panels; and an upper finishing member installed on the uppermost part of the posts and where either an upper cap or a muffler is installed. The soundproof panel is formed into the multi-soundproof panel wherein a sound-absorbing type, a transparent type, and a resonance type are mixed while having a structure wherein a front soundproof panel and a rear soundproof panel are doubly installed in a rectangular frame. |
