The present invention relates to polyester composite yarn with excellent flexibility and voluminosity using partially oriented yarn and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method comprises: a yarn supply step of supplying partially oriented yarn, which is side by side type potential crimped yarn of polyester with high viscosity and polyester with low viscosity, as core yarn and supplying partially oriented yarn of polyester as effect yarn; a drawing step of drawing the core yarn via a first heat roller; a heat treatment step of simultaneously relaxing and heat-treating the core yarn and the effect yarn via a second heat roller; an interlacing step of twisting the effect yarn and the core yarn, which are heat-treated, via air interlacing; and winding the interlaced composite yarn. |
