FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: fibre-optic cable splicing module, which mates and connects, in a predetermined direction, ends of a pair of fibre-optic cables, comprising at least one metal wire and an optical fibre, includes: a pair of cable holders which are levelled in a predetermined direction and respectively grip protective sheaths of a pair of fibre-optic cables; a housing on which the pair of cable holders is mounted; an optical connector fastened to the housing and optically interconnecting the ends of the optical fibres of the pair of fibre-optic cables; a pair of electroconductive contact parts respectively provided on the pair of cable holders of next to the pair of cable holders; and an electroconductive jumper which extends in a predetermined direction. Said contact part comprises a first connecting part which is electrically connected to the metal wire of the fibre-optic cable by penetrating said connecting part into the protective sheath of the cab≤ and a second connecting part which is electrically connected to the jumper.
