FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over production of tires, assembly of tires and to the unit for assembly of tires. The latter is provided with multiple working stations. One first working station is connected with at least two loading/unloading stations, proximal and distal, respectively. Every working station and loading/unloading stations are coupled with the forming drum. Production cycle is controlled in compliance with the process in steps that follow. (I) Loading of the first forming drum to at least one working station. (II) Loading of the second forming drum to the distal loading/unloading station. (III) After termination of work at one first working station, the first forming drum is unloaded to the proximal loading/unloading station.EFFECT: higher efficiency of tire production.36 cl, 5 dwg |
