FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and endoscopy, and can be used for photodynamic therapy of central lung cancer and control of its efficiency. A patient is administered a photosensitiser of the chlorine family. Bronchoscopically revealed are segments, having intense fluorescence red colour when illuminated with purple light in the area of 398-410 nm. Detected sections are destructed using photodynamic diode laser at wave length 660-665 nm, power density of approximately 100-200 mWt/cm. Diode laser irradiation is performed in pulse-periodic mode, illuminating purple light is performed continuously or in antiphase with diode laser radiation pulses. Level of intensity of fluorescent radiation of red colour in the intervals between pulses is evaluated. If an intensity of luminescence is two times relative to initial level reached, exposure to both types of radiation is halted for 3-5 minutes until the initial level of the fluorescent fluorescence red colour, defined when illuminated purple light. Procedure for photodynamic exposure is repeated until intensity drop fluorescent fluorescence in two times relative to initial level.EFFECT: method provides the high probability of complete removal of pathological formation per one session of photodynamic therapy due to individual mode of the therapy depending on the features of the tumour.3 cl, 2 ex |
