PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rotor-laminated iron core, in which vertical inversion of a conveyance tray is unnecessary and working efficiency is remarkably improved.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a rotor-laminated iron core includes: a first step for engaging a shaft hole 10 of a laminated iron core body 14 with a shaft 18 of a conveyance tray 16 and positioning and placing the laminated iron core body 14 on the conveyance tray 16; a second step for positioning and arranging the laminated iron core body 14 in which permanent magnets 15 are respectively inserted into magnet inserting holes 11, 12 in a state put on the conveyance tray 16 and mold closing the laminated iron core body 14 placed on the conveyance tray 16 by an upper die 29 and a lower die 28; and a third step for extruding resin from a resin sump pot 42 formed on the lower die 28, charging respective corresponding magnet insertion holes 11, 12 of the laminated iron core body 14 with resin through a resin passage 43 formed on the conveyance tray 16, where the resin passage 43 opened on the bottom receives the resin extruded from the resin sump pot 42 from the lower part to charge the magnet inserting holes 11, 12 with the resin through gates 44, 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
