PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication device that can give notice of the operation start timing of a radio slave unit newly installed in a narrow-area radio network.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises: a plurality of radio communication devices forming a radio communication network; and an identifier issuing device for issuing identifiers to identify the respective radio communication devices in the radio communication network. Each of the radio communication devices comprises: means for acquiring an identifier issued by the identifier issuing device in response to an issuance request from another radio communication device to be newly connected to the radio communication network via the radio communication device itself; storage means for storing the acquired identifier; means for determining whether or not data including the identifier is received after the storage means has stored the identifier; and means for giving notice of the other radio communication device being able to communicate via the radio communication network if it is determined that data including the identifier is received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
