A GIS-based integrated emergency supplies visualisation system and method, comprising a comprehensive supplies data storage module, used for collecting comprehensive emergency supplies data, categorising said data, and storing the categorised data in a supplies allocation database; a GIS display module, used for marking on a GIS map the comprehensive emergency supplies data in the supplies allocation database; and a bidirectional service interaction module; when an emergency incident occurs, visualised distribution information of the supplies surrounding the emergency incident point on the GIS map, on the basis of information including the allocated supplies type, amount, and contact person, is rapidly formed into an emergency supplies allocation plan, and using a word file to establish a standard template, a standard word file is generated. In disaster incidents, comprehensive emergency supplies are immediately and effectively allocated, and by combining the GIS visualisation display principle, the present invention plays a role in preventing and reducing loss during a disaster, and making disaster prevention and mitigation outcomes more intuitive and real, and is beneficial for disaster monitoring and decision-making units.
