In disaster incidents, comprehensive emergency supplies are immediately and effectively allocated, and by combining the GIS visualisation display principle, the present invention plays a role in preventing and reducing loss during a disaster, and making disaster prevention and mitigation outcomes more intuitive and real, and is beneficial for disaster monitoring and decision-making units.
