摘要 The invention relates to petroleum waste processing technology and can be used in the oil production and petrochemical industries for obtaining hydrocarbon feedstock from waste and also in the energy industry for producing liquid and gas fuels from waste. The present invention is directed toward achieving the technical result of reducing energy consumption during petroleum waste processing and also reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere. This technical result is achieved in that in a device for processing petroleum waste, comprising an intake member, a conveyor (23), a hopper, a steam generator (13) and a furnace (30), the hopper is in the form of a pyrolysis tunnel furnace provided with two heaters (24 and 38) which are situated one above the other and which, together with the side walls (82) of the furnace, form a reaction channel with a rectangular cross-section. The top belt of the conveyor (23) passes through the reaction channel (53) above a roller bed (34) mounted in a rectangular frame (35) which is situated on the upper surface of the lower heater (24) and is filled with particulate pyrolytic graphite (36). Below the bottom belt of the conveyor (23) steam atomizers (28 and 29) are vertically mounted along a line across the breadth of the conveyor, said steam atomizers being connected to the steam generator (13). The upper heater (38) is connected by a gas pipe (37) to the lower heater (24), which in turn is connected by a gas pipe to the steam generator (13), and the lower heater (24) is provided with heat insulation (79) in the form of a rectangular frame with partitions that form a steam conduit, said heat insulation being mounted on the lower heating surface of the heater (24). The inlet of the steam conduit is connected to the steam generator (13), and the outlet is connected to the reaction channel (53). The intake member is in the form of a heat exchanger (1), in which pipes (3) are arranged horizontally in rows in a checkerboard fashion, the inlet of said pipes being connected to the outlet of a condenser (5), and the outlet being connected to the inlet thereof. The outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of a screen cylinder (7) which is rotatably mounted in a hermetic casing (8), and along the axis of rotation of the cylinder (7) there is mounted a perforated pipe (11), the inlet of which is connected to the steam generator (13). The outlet of the cylinder (7) is connected to a storage tank (16), and the outlet of the casing (8) is connected to the inlet of the pyrolysis tunnel furnace.
