The present invention describes a method for preserving meat products of any type such as beef, pork, lamb, turkey and chicken. This method consists in preparing a meat broth using additives such as garlic and salt, being slowly cooked for 8 hours using containers for performing said cooking and preserving the meat in this packing for being stored and transported, said containers preferably being a jar hermetically sealed with a threaded cap, once the cooking process is finished, an added value product ready to eat or to be transported or stored is obtained. This method results in a product to be preserved for a long period of time, having a long useful life of at least three years, without losing its organoleptic properties and preserving the nutritional properties thereof without alternate preservatives and without being refrigerated to be stored and/or transported. The invention allows cooked meat ready to prepare endless dishes to be obtained due to its diversification of uses. |
