According to an embodiment of the present invention, a scheduling method of a system-on-chip including a multi-core processor comprises the following steps of: detecting a scheduling request of a thread to be executed in a multi-core processor; detecting a calling thread having the same context as the scheduling-requested thread among threads that are being executed in the multi-core processor; and reassigning or resetting a core to execute the scheduling-requested thread in accordance with performance of the core in which the calling thread having the same context is executed. Therefore, the method can eliminate inefficiency when heterogeneous cores are used in a system-on-chip or an application processor.
