The present invention is to provide a mobile terminal and a vehicle control device, wherein the mobile terminal determines the carelessness of a driver and transmit a dangerous driving state to another terminal, thereby enabling other person to alert the driver to the carelessness. An embodiment disclosed in the present specification provides the mobile terminal worn on a specific body portion of a user to be used, which comprises: a body configured to be wearable on the specific body portion; a bio-information acquiring unit acquiring bio-information on the user from the specific body portion; a control unit detecting a dangerous driving state of the user based on the bio-information; a communications unit transmitting the dangerous driving state to another terminal; and a user input unit receiving a mode selection input for selecting targets to which the dangerous driving state is to be transmitted, wherein the control unit transmits the dangerous driving state to another terminal corresponding to the mode selection input. |
