FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to artillery and firearms, particularly charges for light-gas weapons. Disclosed are charges for light-gas weapons, containing as fuel boron hydride and lithium hydride, aluminium, lithium-aluminium, silicon (silane), boron (boranes) or beryllium, and as an oxidant ammonium dinitramide, ammonium nitrate, nitrogen pentoxide, boron nitrate, beryllium nitrate, boric acid. Charge contains as a retarding additive orthoboric acid and an additional amount of boron with following radio of components: tetraborane - 17.74 ± 10 wt% boric acid - 82.26±20 wt%. To prevent explosion, explosive components, yielding in mixture an explosive mixture, are placed in a cylindrical block in spiral voluminous sectors or in a conical block in plane transverse layers. Charge may have a longitudinal channel.EFFECT: invention increases initial velocity of shells and bullets due to preferential allocation of hydrogen, as well as controlling rate of combustion of charge.21 cl |
