Disclosed is a cooking device with an improved structure in which overheated steam is capable of being used during a cooking operation. The cooking device supplies overheated steam while food is cooked. The cooking device includes: a body of which front is opened, and including a cooking chamber inside; a heating chamber placed in the body to be connected with the cooking chamber; a steam generating device placed to generate steam sprayed to the heating chamber; and a convection heater placed in the heating chamber to heat the heating chamber and the cooking chamber. The convection heater heats the steam discharged from the steam generating device, and the steam discharged from the steam generating device is sprayed to the heating chamber in an overheated state and supplied to the cooking chamber.
