<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently download data in a mobile body. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control system (100) downloads data in a mobile body by using a plurality of communication networks which have different communication speeds and communication costs. The communication control system comprises: first acquisition means (106) for acquiring communication speed and communication cost information of the plurality of communication networks; second acquisition means (104) for acquiring data size and download time limit information; and control means (107) for executing assignment of data download to each of the plurality of communication networks in order to complete the download within the download time limit and reduce communication costs required for the download, on the basis of the communication speed and communication cost information of the plurality of communication networks, and data size and download time limit information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
