<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC on-board unit which is mounted on a vehicle, uses information recorded in an inserted IC card to perform radio communication with an ETC road side radio device installed at a toll gate by using electric waves, and performs transmitting/receiving processing of data required for payment of a toll of a toll road or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An ETC on-board unit includes an information reading section 120 which intermittently continues to read information recorded in an IC card 200, and an IC card restarting section 130 which, if the information reading section 120 cannot read the information, restarts the IC card 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
