The present invention relates to a polyimide film arranging body, a manufacturing method of a polyimide film arranging body, and assembly thereof on a substrate. The polyimide film arranging body comprises: a polyimide layer having first and second surfaces arranged at the opposite side of each other; and a base layer which includes polyimide and is adhered to the first surface of the polyimide layer so as to be peelable. The polyimide layer or the base layer comprises a filler having surface energy less than about 35 dyne/cm. The polyimide film of the present invention is easy to be manufactured and alleviates difficulty in assembling the polyimide film while having a micro-sized thickness.
