The present invention relates to a heat-resistant SAN resin composition, a heat-resistant SAN resin, a preparation method thereof, and a heat-resistant ABS resin composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, provided are an emulsion polymerized heat-resistant SAN resin composition which has excellent agglomeration characteristics and productivity and can maintain impact strength when applied to an ABS resin while having enhanced heat-resistance; a heat-resistant SAN resin; a preparation method thereof; and a heat-resistant ABS resin composition comprising the same. The heat-resistant SAN resin composition of the present invention comprises 60 to 80 wt% of an α-methyl styrene monomer, 10 to 35 wt% of a vinyl cyanide monomer, 0.1 to 10 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer (except α-methyl styrene monomer), and 0.1 to 10 wt% of a diene-based monomer in-situ.
