According to an embodiment of the present invention, a frame synchronization device comprises: a correlator configured to receive an uplink signal of a frame to calculate a correlation value; a comparator configured to compare the correlation value with a preset threshold value to calculate a synchronization acquisition indication; and a controller configured to receive a downlink termination signal to activate the correlator. Therefore, the frame synchronization device reduces operation time of a correlator which consumes a lot of power to save power consumed for synchronization.
