Disclosed are a cloud streaming service system, a cloud streaming service method for saving a system resource, and an apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, the cloud streaming service method comprises the following steps: capturing an execution screen of an application executed for a cloud streaming service; extracting a key frame from the execution screen; generating still image compression information corresponding to the key frame, and applying a still image compression method based on the still image compression information to one or more from the remaining frames except the key frame of the execution screen, and the key frame so as to still-image-encode the execution screen; and transmitting the execution screen which is still-image-compression-encoded to a terminal device of a user so as to perform a cloud streaming service based on a still image. Accordingly, a system resource for generating the still image compression information of a sub-frame is saved, thereby providing the cloud streaming service to more users. |
