<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan control device, a fan control method, and a refrigeration cycle system capable of utilizing natural wind with economy in comparison with a conventional one, even in rotating a motor after starting. <P>SOLUTION: This fan control device controls driving of the motor on the basis of a temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger. The fan control device changes a rotational frequency of a fan by a certain number at prescribed determination intervals, and monitors temperature change of the outdoor heat exchanger before and after the change. The effect of natural wind is evaluated on the basis of a result of the monitoring of the temperature change, and the driving of the motor is stopped when the effect of the natural wind is high, and higher heat exchanging efficiency can be achieved by free fun with the natural wind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
