<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer injection-molded product and a pipe joint, in which an inner layer and an outer layer can be tightly-fitted properly without causing disfigurement of the product. <P>SOLUTION: This multilayer injection-molded product 10 includes an inner layer 14 and an outer layer 16. The inner layer 14 is formed by injecting a first resin into a first cavity formed by arranging a core in a first die. The outer layer 16 is laminated on the outside of the inner layer 14, covers the entire outer surface of the inner layer 14, and covers an end face of an opening end of the inner layer 14. Since the outer layer 16 is formed by injecting a second resin into a second cavity formed by arranging the inner layer 14 with an unnecessary gate part removed therefrom after molding in a second die of a size larger than that of the first die with the core kept inserted therein, disfigurement of the multilayer injection-molded product never occurs, and separation of the inner layer from the outer layer in a boundary part hardly occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
