The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a chain prepared with a case, wherein multiple jewelries (10) are serially connected. The method includes: (a) a step for blanking a main body (20) having a lateral plate part (21), a vertical plate part (22), and an interlocking part (25) from raw materials; (b) a step for forming unit products prepared with accommodation spaces, by cutting the lateral plate part (21) and the vertical plate part (22) at a predetermined angle; (c) a step for forming a semi-finished product, by arranging the main bodies (20) of the unit products in a single row, and cutting the same after putting connection pieces in the unit products (30); (d) a step for cutting the interlocking part (25) after interlocking the jewelries (10) inside the accommodating space of the main body (20) of the semi-finished product; and (e) a step for forming a weldment part (35) by welding the vertical plate part (22) which faces the interlocking part (25). According to the present invention, plasticizing and welding processes are introduced to maintain high quality and uniformity of the mass production of jewelry chain with serially arranged cases, and the productivity can be enhanced through the elimination of labor. |
