The present invention relates to a fixing nut for a passenger sensor of a vehicle which is mounted in a passenger seat, wherein a sensor interposed between an upper bracket and a lower bracket is fixed through a coupling bolt. An overload prevention nut fixing the sensor is coupled to the coupling bolt. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fixing nut for a passenger sensor of a vehicle capable of preventing deformation or damage due to external shock through a stable combination with a seat lower frame.
