The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing brassware, which is to easily and conveniently manufacture brassware through an improved process of the brassware which is manufactured by being poured into a mold and being heated and punched many times in an existing method. The method for manufacturing brassware comprises: a first step of manufacturing a brassware object by melting 78% of copper and 22% of tin within ±5% of an error range; a second step of manufacturing a brassware mass by placing the manufactured brassware object into a fixed size of a mold; a third step of manufacturing a brassware alloy plate at a fixed thickness while maintaining the temperature of 800°C±20% of the brassware mass; a fourth step of manufacturing a brassware plate by heating the brassware alloy plate at 800°C±20% and pressing the brassware alloy plate; a fifth step of manufacturing base brassware by using a mold of heating the brassware plate at 500°C±10%; a sixth step of manufacturing the brassware by dropping a hammer installed in a forging device from the upper part after installing the base brassware in the mold of the forging device heated at 500°C±30%; a seventh step of turning the brassware; a eighth step of manufacturing a support on the bottom of the turned brassware; and a ninth step of grinding the brassware having the support. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing brassware can remarkably increase an output of the brassware by a simple brassware manufacturing process capable of mass production and enables a consumer to buy the brassware at low costs. |
