Provided in the present invention is a fin tube-type heat exchanger, which is manufactured by expanding both ends of an oval tube into a tube with a circular cross section, and pressurizing and fixing fins onto the outer diameter of the tube while the fins and the tube are made by molding similar metals of copper. In order to achieve the same, the present invention relates to a fin tube-type heat exchanger comprising: a tube with an oval cross section; and a fin unit inserted into the outer diameter of the tube. The tube and the fin unit are manufactured by similar metals of copper. The fin unit is pressurized and fixated onto the outer diameter of the tube in a process of expanding the outer diameter of the tube. The heat exchanger has effects of increasing the productivity by simplifying a manufacturing process when comparison with a conventional brazing attachment method, and increasing the economic feasibility of a product by lowering production costs. |
