<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cracks occurred in the surface part of a coil component. <P>SOLUTION: The coil component includes a ferrite substrate 1, a coil conductor 2 provided in the ferrite substrate 1 and a stress relaxation part 3 embedded in the ferrite substrate 1. The coil conductor 2 has a shape of being wound a plurality of times in plan view. The stress relaxation part 3 is arranged between adjacent conductor patterns 21 and 22 out of the coil conductor 2 in a planar perspective view, and also is embedded in the ferrite substrate 1 so as to be partially exposed at the surface part of the ferrite substrate 1 in longitudinal cross-sectional view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
