The present invention relates to a dual ball valve for controlling flow of fluid, comprising: a valve body having a passage in a front and rear direction; an outer valve ball which is provided with a chamber in which an ball port is formed to penetrate in a front and rear direction and installed to be rotatable around one axis in the valve body; an inner valve ball which is installed to be rotated coaxially with the outer valve ball in the chamber of the outer valve ball, wherein an inner ball port is formed to penetrate in a front and rear direction to connect and block the passage of the valve body in the rotation direction; and a valve ball rotating means which rotates the outer and the inner valve ball to be rotated in opposite directions to each other. Accordingly, as a flow path of the dual ball valve is opened from the center thereof, the dual ball valve can minimize an eddy current from the valve ball when opening the flow path, thereby reducing loss of fluid energy.
