Disclosed is a water sampling apparatus. The water sampling apparatus of the present invention comprises: an injection member including a plurality of injection chambers descending underwater, sampling the water, and separated from each other in one direction; a frame coupled with the injection member by vertically aligning the injection chambers; a pump unit coupled with the frame, and transferring the water injected into the injection chambers to each storage; and a control part controlling operation of the pump unit. According to the present invention, provided is the water sampling apparatus simultaneously sampling water samples from different depths by descending to a target depth of the water without stopping at every certain depth, and not requiring to move the samples after finishing water sampling.
