The present invention relates to a security certification module registration method which is performed in a server of a financial institution connected to a server of an affiliated company communicating with a user terminal. The security certification module registration method comprises: a step of receiving security certification module registration information inputted by the user from the server of the affiliated company; a step of performing registration of the security certification module by using the security certification module registration information and providing the registration result of the security certification module to the server of the affiliated company; and a step of storing the financial information of the user by comparing the financial information to a payment pin code after receiving the payment pin code inputted by the user from the server of the affiliated company. Therefore, the present invention is capable of proceeding for payment through identification confirmation by using the security certification module if payment is made by a corresponding affiliated company after registering the security certification module mounted by a financial IC card to an affiliated company. |
