To achieve this, The present invention relates to a smart fitness system comprising at least one fitness apparatus and the integrated management server. The fitness apparatus comprises: a user identification unit to obtain identification information of a user; a communication unit to transmit data to the integrated management server and to receive the data from the integrated management server; a measurement sensor to collect the exercise data of the user; and a processor to control each unit of the fitness apparatus. The processor collects the exercise data of the user after a point at which the identification information of the user is obtained and transmits the collected exercise data to the integrated management server in real time. The integrated management server receives the exercise data of the user from the fitness apparatus in real time, stores the exercise data of the received user, and transmits feedback information based on the accumulated and stored exercise data of the user to the fitness apparatus.
