PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption in simple configuration when driving an electrostatic actuator.SOLUTION: Between two electrostatic actuators 20and 20, electric charge is moved via an inductor L. Namely, electrostatic energy stored in an actuator that is an electric charge move source is moved to an actuator that is an electric charge move destination, via the inductor. In such a case, ON/OFF of switches SW2-SW5 is controlled to alternately iteratively perform first electric charge movement from the actuator 20to the actuator 20via the inductor L and second electric charge movement from the actuator 20to the actuator 20via the inductor L. Thus, vibration power can be extracted to the outside while suppressing power consumption in simple configuration. |
