<p>PURPOSE:To prevent leakage by forming a labyrinth on the outer circumferential surface of a piston, covering a shaft member with a bellows, and providing a flow path wherein a check valve is arranged, which allows the movement of fluid from an inlet chamber to an outlet chamber. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 forming both the outlet chamber 3 and the inlet chamber 4 of a pump is provided in front and in rear of a piston 2, and a labyrinth 5 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the piston 2. A shaft member 7 is covered with a bellows 6, and a flow path 18 provided with a check valve is arranged, which allows the movement of pressure feeding fluid from the inlet chamber 4 to the outlet chamber 3. This constitution thereby enables the safety against possible leakage of the pressure feeding fluid to be secured.</p> |
