The present invention relates to an air guide structure of an intercooler for a vehicle and, more specifically, to an air guide structure of an intercooler for a vehicle, capable of improving a distribution rate of driving wind to the entire area of the intercooler. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: radiator grill of a vehicle; a duct inducing the driving wind, flowing into the intercooler through the radiator grill; and an air guide including a guide surface, formed to directly touch the driving wind in an inclined direction during the flow of the driving wind in the duct, and an eddy generation member formed on the opposite surface to the guide surface.
