Provided is a headrest device which comprises: a fixing bracket fixed in a headrest stay, wherein a drive unit is provided; a first link bracket individually connected to a headrest panel connected with a headrest cushion and the drive unit to move forward when the drive unit is operated; and a second link bracket individually and rotationally connected to the headrest panel and the fixing bracket, and connected to the first link bracket to rotationally move forward when the first link bracket moves forward for the headrest cushion to move forward and be tilted at the same time. Thus, a headrest can be controlled back and forth, and a head portion of a passenger can be conveniently supported.
