摘要 The present invention relates to rice for cooking fried-style stir-fried rice and a method for manufacturing the same, including: mixing rice flour with water, inserting the mixed paste into a rice cake steamer, and steaming the same; mixing the steamed material using a mixer machine; a primary forming step for inserting the mixed material into a primary forming machine to perform a continuous forming; cooling the primarily formed material which is formed by the primary forming machine using a cooling machine; secondary forming step for pulverizing the primarily formed material by using a secondary forming machine and mixing the same one again, while performing a continuous forming; and cutting the secondarily formed material into a predetermined length using a cutter machine, and completing the rice for cooking fried-style stir-fried rice. During the processes for cooking the rice for cooking fried-style stir-fried rice which has a thin and soft surface, uniform temperature distribution among both the surface layer and deep layer, and which is fried in oil, an explosion can be prevented. Therefore, the surrounding can be protected from being contaminated and a chef who is cooking the rice can be protected from being burnt, contributing to the safety in cooking. Also, since the present invention does not hardens inside a freezer. Therefore, when cooking the rice for cooking fried-style stir-fried rice, a soaking process can be omitted, thus facilitating the cooking process.
